This recipe is perfect for your fall CSA pickup. Remember guys, these are two of our super foods!
- Bake sweet potatoes at 400 until tender through (time will vary depending on your potato size!)
- While potatoes bake, sauté chard in garlic infused olive oil with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Once chard is wilted add white beans. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Split sweet potatoes add a slice of butter, stuff with green mixture.
- Optional add a drizzle of maple syrup.
