- 1 – 2 pounds asparagus
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt coarsely ground
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- Optional: 1/4 c. chopped red onion
Line a baking sheet with tinfoil. Lay out asparagus, toss with olive oil, salt and garlic. Roast in oven at 375 for 20 minutes. Check at the halfway point and stir. Easy-Peasy Roasted Asparagus!
