Stuffed Sweet Dumpling Squash
The simple way to cook these delicious creatures is to cut in half, de-seed, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover with tinfoil, roast at 375 for 30 minutes, remove from oven add 1 T. brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. butter and 1 T maple syrup, return to oven and roast uncovered for about 15 minutes. That’s the simple way.
